Whether you've just gotten a new iPhone, Android phone, or iPad — or you've had one for years and never quite felt confident using it — we'll sit down with you and go through it at your own pace, in person or remotely.

How It Works

We come to you (or hop on a remote screen-share call if that's easier) and walk through whatever's confusing — as many times as it takes. There's no such thing as a "dumb question" here. Most sessions run 1–2 hours depending on what you need covered.

Pricing: $125/hour, 1-hour minimum, no contract required — in-home or remote. Already a Riviera Tech Co. family client? Senior support is included in the Family Tech Package.
