Smartphone & Tablet Help for Seniors

Whether you've just gotten a new iPhone, Android phone, or iPad — or you've had one for years and never quite felt confident using it — we'll sit down with you and go through it at your own pace, in person or remotely.

What's Included

• Setting up a new phone or tablet (accounts, Wi-Fi, contacts, photos transfer)
• Texting, phone calls, and video calling family (FaceTime, WhatsApp, Zoom)
• Taking, finding, and sharing photos
• Installing and organizing the apps you actually use — and removing the ones you don't
• Adjusting text size, volume, and accessibility settings so the device is easier to see and use
• Troubleshooting "it's not working" problems — frozen apps, storage warnings, notifications

How It Works

We come to you (or hop on a remote screen-share call if that's easier) and walk through whatever's confusing — as many times as it takes. There's no such thing as a "dumb question" here. Most sessions run 1–2 hours depending on what you need covered.
